Conduct walk-throughs and provide instructional feedback

Design and facilitate campus and district professional development
Work one-on-one with teachers to improve instruction by coaching them away from outdated, low yield strategies
toward high yield, research-based practices in order to promote student achievement
Assist with interviews and personnel selection
Assist in master schedule revisions for department
Coach teachers in analyzing data and creating action plans based on the results
Collaboration with experts (Intervention Specialist, ESL, Special Education, AVID, other departmental
