DIVISION CHECKING, EDITING, EVALUATION AND FINALIZATION OF DEVELOPED
LESSON EXEMPLARS IN ARALING PANLIPUNAN FOR GRADE 1 – 6 AND GRADE 7-10

1. Consistent with the Schools Division strategic thrust of aligning focus and intervention
as evidenced by enhanced teacher performance and improved learners’ mastery of
competencies, this Office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID will
conduct the Division Checking, Editing, Evaluation and Finalization of Araling
Panlipunan Lesson Exemplars in IDEA format through virtual or on-line procedure.
2. The activity aims to check, edit, evaluate and finalize the pre-developed/ crafted Araling
Panlipunan lesson exemplars in IDEA format for Elementary and Junior High School of
selected teacher-writers that will starts on August 20, 2021 in the morning and will ends
on August 27, 2021 in the afternoon.
3. Participants to this writeshop are Araling Panlipunan Education Program Supervisor,
Teacher-Writers, Content Editors/Resource Persons, Language Editors (Filipino) and
Accredited Learning Resource Evaluators from selected Elementary and Secondary
schools. Assigned Teacher-Writers per grade level are directed/ required to send/
upload their developed lesson exemplars at the google drive link below:

are also requested to coordinate with the Technical Working Committee assigned per
grade level for possible corrections and adjustments of the outputs.
4. A maximum of five (5) days service credits shall be given to teachers who served as
writers, content/ language editors/ resource persons and learning resource evaluators in
accordance with DepEd Order no. 53, s. 2003 and CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2,
s. 2004.

5. Materials needed in the said activity will be charged against HRTD funds while
communication expenses of the participants shall be charged to local/ school funds/
MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
