UNAVAILABILITY eCLAIMS CLOUD
STORAGE API (eCCSA)
Please be advised that the issues on eClaims Cloud Storage API
based on reported incidents since October 8, 2020 are currently
being addressed.
Should there be any encountered connectivity issues on eCCSA,
please transfer to the temporary url [Link]
ph/eden as stated in PhilHealth Advisory 2020-042.
Reverting back to your previous storage may be considered as
an option, should both primary and temporary PhilHealth cloud
storage are not available. If this option will be taken, please
ensure that the PROs are properly informed for monitoring
purposes.
Kindly refrain from using the google drive as we are having
difficulty in retrieving the attachments.
