LEGAL STATUS OF POLYGRAPH IN THE PHILIPPINES
I. OBJECTIVES
This activity aims to attain the following objectives
1. To determine the legal status of Polygraph in the Philippines when used in criminal
cases
2. To analyze these decisions and relate it to their function as polygraph examiner.

Supreme Court on the admissibility issue of polygraph examination. Provide a concise
summary on each of the decision rendered by the court.
