Abstract: The production of any industry depends upon the raw material and also the workers. The working efficiency of the worker vary according to the capacity. Hence there is no fixed production. They are facing issue that they have to classify the raw materials manually.
So a manwork is required and also it is time consuming. Due to this there is a huge effect in production. This directly or indirectly effects the turnover of the company. Thus if the process of sorting metal automize then the production as well as accuracy of plant is increased. Thus
the production is increased and man interfaces is decreased and saving of human resources. Our main intention is to reduce human interfaces and automize the plant. The project is about to separate metal objects with the help of sensors and PLC. This is about industrial material
separator. Industrial material separator is main heart of the material feeding and managing the raw material. It basically works on identifying the metal of any sizes or which we want to separate.

Abstract Transformers are a vital part of the transmission and distribution system. Monitoring transformers for problems before they occur can pre-vent faults that are costly to repair and result in a loss of service. An innovative design to develop a system for
monitoring the voltage, current, temperature, oil parameters, seismic activity and theft of transformer in a substation or in the field and to protect the system from the mentioned parameters based on GSM & GPS with other communication systems that are used in this
project. Providing the protection to the transformer can be accomplished by shutting down the entire unit or corresponding faulty phase with the aid of the Radio frequency Communication, Optic Fibre Communication, LAN Communication (CAT6), Wi-Fi
communication, Android App. This system will help the transformers to operate smoothly and identify problems before any catastrophic failure. Moreover, the system displays the same on a PC at the main station which is at a remote place and also at working site using
TFT displays in graphical and tabular data. The proposed design is developed for the user to easily recognize the transformer if it is suffered by any problems and what are the current online parameters.

Abstract As we know the population of India increasing day by day and due to this the pollution also gets increase. The garbage with are produce by the peoples are the main cause of pollution. The most of the garbage are dumped or just
thrown in the lake, river of other water resources. The garbage which are thrown in the water such as lakes, rivers and other water resources due to which the water get polluted because of which we cannot use that water for our daily use and the water
will also get wasted. In many of cities of India this is the major problem. To overcome this water pollution our project “Solar powerd water surface cleaning boat” is very helpful by collecting the garbage which are floating on the surface of water. This
project is working automatically and saves the manpower. This project is also very efficient and work on the solar energy no external power supply is required. A battery of 12v is use to store the energy which collected by the solar plate, then this battery

Abstract : Braiding is one of the narrow width textile manufacturing methods. Apart from the use of braids in garment and shoes, braiding found its use in a wider area of technical textile applications such as rope and cable. In addition, braiding is a more suitable
method for developing seamless cylindrical textile reinforcement for developing composite structures. Fast manufacturing process with a range of fiber angles and reduced wastage are key reasons for braiding to be used in composite industries. This article intends to
provide a broader perspective of braiding technology by covering its history, process and its applications. Details of a braiding machine, process and structures were explained to provide a general background. Customary use of braided structures was reviewed as well as
further discussions on the use of braiding process for composites material.

Abstract: This project aim to control the speed of induction motor by VFD as well as protecting the induction motor and VFD. This project present the need of speed control in induction motor. Out of the various methods of controlling induction motor, V/f control has
proven to most versatile. The overall project of speed control and protection of motor has been presented. It is very important to control speed of induction motor in industry and engineering application. Efficient control method are used for economic operation of project.
The speed control techniques of induction motor can be broadly classified into two types- scalar control and vector control. Scalar control involves controlling the magnitude of voltage and frequency of induction motor also for protecting the VFD and induction motor.
The objective is to get the variation in the speed of three phase induction motor by varying the supply frequency using variable frequency drive and to achieve the minimum and maximum value of speed at respective frequencies.
