AGE OF ELIGIBILITY : As per BAI / OSBA Circular of Current Year 2025
ENTRY CLOSING DATE : 16th May, 2025 (Before 7 P.M.)
Registration Fee for all age group is Rs. 300/-. The entry fees for
players are as follows : U 9 to U 11 Singles - Rs. 400/- , U 13 to

: Master categories are singles Rs. 600/- per player and Doubles &

Mix Doubles events Rs. 1200/- per pair. TIMING OF MATCH- 4
PM TO 10 PM
All matches shall be played on best of three games of 21 points in
rally points system. If need the refree in consultation with the
MODE OF COMPETITION : organizing committee and KDBA observers may conduct
qualifying matches in best of three games of 21 points. In all
categories minimum 4 entries are required.
The BAI/OSBA competition regulations and general competition
REGULATIONS : regulations shall be applicable. In case of any dispute, the decision
of the chief refree will be final.
The BWF/BAI guidelines, It is recommended that player's name
(SURNAME + INITIAL of First Name, if used shall be printed on the
backside of the T-Shirt). Players are advised to follow the general
CLOTHING REGULATIONS : competition regulation 20 to 24. Any violation shall amount to a
fine of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) and the player need
to clear his previous dues before playing the next immediate
match.
WITHDRAWALS : 17 th May 2025 (Before 7 P.M.)
If there are any withdrawals after the closing of entries, it shall be
intimated to KDBA immediately by the authorised units/ player
before the closing date of withdrawal. Any player failing to
participate in the district championship after the draw is made, is
liable to pay Rs. 1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two Hundred
only) fine to KDBA before participating in the next any
tournament. No exemption under any ground (including medical
will be allowed in payment of fine. No player is permitted to
participated in the next tournament with out paying fine and for
OSBA State Championship and ranking the players shall not be
allowed to participate in the next immediate event and shall have
to deposit the requisite the fine before participating in future
tournament. Refree shall submit the withdrawal list to KDBA
within 24 hours after completion of the tournament to the
secretary KDBA, on receipt of the list authorized units concerned
shall collect the fine amount and forward it to KDBA.
DRAWS : Shall be conducted at the venue as per the Refree's Decision.

ORDER OF PLAY : Shall be displayed after draw is made
Protest of any kind will have to accompanied by a pritest fee of Rs.
1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only). Protest must be made
PROTEST : before the match of with in one hour of the completion of the
match and shal be addressed to the organizing secretary in writing
with a copy to KDBA.
Secretary KDBA/ Observers shall attend the Championship to organize
the smooth conduct and to manage meetings, draw etc. KDBA will
TOURNAMENT OBSERVERS :
nominate one observer to this tournament. The above members shall
be given facilities as per KDBA norms.
Shall be nominated by KDBA along with other technical officials with
REFREE :
the approval of OSBA.
KDBA reserves right for any changes in tournament rules and
RIGHT TO AMMEND : regulations / schedule etc. in consulatation with organizing
secretary, member of KDBA without assigning any reason.

NOTE :
01. Players having updated Registered District ID can only participate in all KDBA events.
02. The Tournament / Championship may be conducted as per Govt. of India/ State Govt. and BAI
Regulations.
03. The Tournament / Championship shall cancelled or postponed, tournament venue and dates can
change depending on Govt. order or any other unavoidable reason with prior notice.
04. Guidelines as per the BAI/OSBA/KDBA circular governs all aspect of the tournament.
