A RESOLUTION ON THE USE OF APPROVED ALTERNATIVE COMMUNICATION


PLATFORM

WHEREAS, the School Governance Council recognizes the evolving landscape of communication
technology and the need to leverage approved alternative communication platforms for effective and
efficient dissemination of information within the school and the community.

WHEREAS, acknowledging the importance of adapting to technological advancements to enhance


communication between the school, parents, teachers, learners and other stakeholders.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the School Governance Council endorses the use of
approved alternative communication platform/s as designated by the school administration for official
and authorized school communication.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the School Governance Council emphasizes the importance of
selecting communication platforms that prioritize security, privacy and accessibility, ensuring that
they align with the school’s values and standards.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the School Governance Council supports the integration of
alternative communication platforms into school processes, such as announcements, updates and
collaboration, to foster a more connected and informed school community.

WE HEREBY CERTIFY THE CORRECTNESS OF THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY this 29th day of November 2024 at Tagaytay Elementary School,
