Symbiotic Relationships

This document discusses symbiotic relationships between organisms. It defines symbiosis as a close relationship between two species where at least one partner benefits. There are three main types of symbiotic relationships: mutualism, where both partners benefit; commensalism, where one benefits and the other is neither helped nor harmed; and parasitism, where one benefits and the other is harmed. Several examples of each type of relationship are provided, such as honey bees and flowers in mutualism, remora fish and sharks in commensalism, and mosquitos and the organisms they feed on in parasitism. Videos and websites with additional information on symbiotic relationships are also listed.
