I simply wanted to update the number on my account, so that I can actually log in. I am being blocked for verification code purposes.
After all of that, Turns out the issue still wasn’t resolved
I spent an hour on the phone for nothing and now no one is available because it’s after hours.
Tomorrow I will no doubt have to spend another hour to reach someone, and hope that the change actually updates.
