Hi, I'm trying to follow the instructions in http://documenting-ruby.org/step-by-step-guide.html for submitting documentation.

I sent a pull request to https://github.com/documenting-ruby/ruby/pull/42 for quality review, but didn't get any replies. It seems like the next step is to submit a patch here.

The intent of the change is to document that array.reject maintains the ordering of the elements it keeps as part of its contract.
