"Effortless File Storage and Transfer, Perfect for Modern Business"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

This offers easy and convenient storage for files, pictures, and more. It has been especially helpful for me when traveling and needing to transfer work items between different devices. This is essentially for daily use not only in my work but for personal items as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

At times, I find the Dropbox UI a bit confusing because of the numerous tabs and features it offers. I think there is room for improvement in making the product more user-friendly, which would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dropbox: Effortless File Management"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Dropbox is extremely easy to use and requires almost no setup, which makes it ideal for everyday work and long-term file organization. I use it as a central hub for storing and organizing creative assets such as images, videos, music, and project files, and it syncs reliably across devices without friction. The folder structure is simple and intuitive, sharing links is straightforward, and files are always accessible when needed. It integrates smoothly into my workflow with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.Very good Customer support. Dropbox is easy to use, even beginners wouldn't have a problem there. What do you dislike about Dropbox?

While Dropbox is very reliable, its feature set can feel somewhat limited compared to newer cloud platforms that bundle collaboration tools, editors, or advanced automation. Storage pricing can also become expensive as your library grows, especially for users who mainly need space rather than additional features. Some advanced options are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not feel necessary for users who only want simple cloud storage. That said, these drawbacks don’t affect core functionality — Dropbox remains stable, fast, and trustworthy — but it may not be the most cost-effective option for everyone depending on their storage needs. "Effortless and Versatile File Management"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

This tool is easy to use, versatile, and practical. I have experienced fewer clogs with it than with other similar tools. It is quite easy to install on your devices, and if needed, it suggests the upgrades to add more devices. A great feature is that it doesn't limit you on how many files or folders you manage to sync with your devices, so you can choose a group of folders to be synced. I use it every day to have my important files on hand, and most of the people find it easy to receive files to save to their own Dropbox or download a file locally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Dropbox's biggest drawback is the limited ability to edit files or collaborate on live edits with others. This remains the weakest aspect of its feature set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Focused Cloud Storage with Unique Features"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like that Dropbox is a standalone cloud storage solution that offers many of the same features as major competitors. Because it's a focused solution, it's also able to provide other features that the competition does not, like the ability to request files. It offers many ways to access the platform including web, mobile apps, desktop application, and so on, making it easy to use. Similarly, it's popular enough to be offered as a common integration option with several 3rd party platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Currently, I don't use Dropbox as often as I did in the past and so I limit myself to the free plan I have. I would have to make a strategic decision if I were to upgrade to a paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless, Reliable File Management and Seamless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Honestly, my favorite thing about Dropbox is just how reliable it is. I can access my files from anywhere without thinking about it. The interface is super simple, I didn't have to watch any tutorials to figure out how to upload or share stuff. I got everything synced between my laptop and phone in like five minutes. It connects perfectly with Zoom and Slack, so I don't have to download and re-upload files constantly. It just works when I need it to. I was surprised by how seamless the setup was; I didn't need to read a manual or get IT involved to get everything up and running. It has become a daily driver for our team; I can't imagine getting through a workday without relying on it constantly. They have a lot of good help articles that usually solve my issues, but if you actually need to talk to a real person, it can be a bit of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

If I have a complaint, it's that the good stuff, like extra storage or the advanced admin tools, is locked behind expensive tier upgrades. For a small team, the cost adds up fast. Also, while it’s easy to use, it can get messy. If you have a ton of files, it takes a lot of effort to keep the folder structure from looking like a disaster zone. I’ve also noticed the sync can really drag if I'm uploading massive files or my internet is slow. Support is hit-or-miss with response times, and setting up some of the integrations can be a bit fiddly. Despite the annoyances, though, it’s still my go-to for storage. "Seamless, Reliable, and Effortless Workflow Integration with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like most about Dropbox is how seamlessly it fits into my workflow without demanding attention. It’s clean, intuitive, and reliable - everything just lives where it should, exactly when I need it. I can move between devices, share large files instantly, and collaborate without worrying about versions getting lost or links expiring at the wrong moment.

As someone who works with images, decks, and creative submissions, I appreciate how organized and professional it feels. Sharing folders with clients or collaborators is effortless, and the interface stays out of the way so the focus stays on the work itself. Dropbox feels less like a tool I have to manage and more like a quiet backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

What I dislike about Dropbox is that, despite how polished it is, it can sometimes feel more complicated than necessary. Features I don’t use are pushed forward, while simpler actions-like managing storage or finding specific settings—can take extra clicks. The platform occasionally prioritizes upsells and add-ons, which breaks the otherwise clean, streamlined experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"the best cloud file management system"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I find it fascinating to be able to keep my files synchronized, as this way I avoid losing information in case of damage or loss. Having a backup of my data in a simple and accessible way is really useful. Although the initial space is a bit limited, I managed to expand it to 18 GB, which surpasses several other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

When sharing files via a link, sometimes it is required to log in with an account, whereas before it was not necessary to be a user to download the shared file. On the other hand, the available space when registering as a basic user is quite limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It quietly handles syncing, backup and sharing this allowing me to focus on my work not on files"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

It has a simple and reliable file sharing feature with also providing cross connectivity across different devices.

No manual saving hassle dropbox remember the changes and saves it and also has intelligent background syncing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Selective sync feature is still no perfect and is buggy

If multiple people edit the same file at same time it will create different copies instead of saving the changes into original file

For larger teams the storage is expensive compare to it's rivals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
