Team Lead – Consultant Recruitment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Consultant Recruitment to manage and drive our recruitment team. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity where the candidate will lead a team, ensure timely closures, and maintain high-quality delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruitment consultants remotely
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/Non-IT requirements
• Allocate job requirements and track daily team performance
• Ensure team and individual targets are consistently achieved
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and expectations
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct regular team reviews, training, and performance improvements
• Track KPIs and share performance reports with management

Experience Required

3–6 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, with at least 1 year of experience in team handling.

Salary

Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
