  • Execute and validate Payroll testing, including:

    • Payroll reconciliation and output validation
  • Validate Benefits configurations, including:

  • Perform data validation and reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems (payroll vendors, benefits providers, etc.).
  • Support integration testing (Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, inbound/outbound interfaces).
  • Log, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain test data, test scenarios, and execution results to support testing cycles.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically within Payroll and/or Benefits.
  • Strong experience executing Workday transactions directly in the system.
  • Proven experience working with EIBs: Creating templates, Loading data, Validating outputs.
  • Experience supporting Payroll testing (gross-to-net, deductions, taxes, reconciliation).
  • Experience supporting Benefits testing (eligibility, enrollments, integration impacts).
  • Experience executing SIT/UAT testing cycles in Workday.
  • Strong data handling and validation skills (data setup, reconciliation, troubleshooting).
