I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Accounting Tsibugan for giving me the
opportunity to undergo work immersion in their company as part of my academic
requirement. The experience has been truly valuable and has allowed me to gain
practical knowledge and skills that I can apply in my future career.

REFLECTIVE SUMMARY
One of the most significant takeaways from our work immersion was the importance of
teamwork. I saw how we worked collaboratively to achieve the goals, and how each
person's contribution was valuable. I learned that working together as a team and
supporting each other is essential in achieving success. I also learned the importance of
time management and attention to detail. During our work immersion. I had to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously, and
each task required a high level of accuracy. The experience helped me develop a sense
of prioritization and taught me to pay close attention to every detail. which is essential in
achieving quality work.
Overall, my work immersion experience was a valuable learning opportunity. I
gained practical knowledge and skills that will be helpful in my future career. It also
helped me to understand my strengths and weaknesses, and the areas where i need to
improve. I am grateful for the opportunity to participate in the work immersion program
